Arts Officer presents Junior Cert Art Prize

On Wednesday the 21st of November, Margaret Organ presented the Art Prize to Conor Harty, who received an “A” grade in his Junior Certificate Honours Art Project this year. Every year art teachers in the college select the best project in the junior certificate group for this prize. Conor based his project on Helvick fishing boats and life on the sea.  Margaret  Organ spoke about the strong tradition of art in Coláiste Chathail Naofa and made reference to the Portfolio Further Education course.
